A large hotel that caters mainly for groups than for individual travellers. The hotel has a good location and a lovely setting in well maintained beautiful gardens, the room was fairly simple but lovely and clean. Check in staff were efficient and helpful. The breakfast staff were rude, indifferent and downright disinterested. I was tossed (not served) a cup of lukewarm coffee, a glass of orange juice complete with flies and an American breakfast with mosquitoes fried into the eggs. Its unfortunate that the breakfast experience ruined a perfectly pleasant stay, and made me vow to never return and to tell all I meet to avoid the Muaklek Paradise Resort at all costs. There are cheaper, nicer and friendlier resorts scattered all around Muaklek so please please give this one a miss!!

I am a Portuguese citizen who knows that your beautiful and wonderful country since 1974, where in April this year I stayed at the Montien Hotel, Bangkok. Fortunately I know well this country of smiles, as it has here and move my family here some of the year, while living in Macau. About Paradise Resort have to report that it is a place paradiso, however, and although it has been hosted in the Deluxe wing, the price charged for services falls far short of my expectations, because employees do not treat conditions in the beautiful grounds, showers do not work under conditions, and the rooms do not have a pitcher with water, no coffee or tea. Employees also have not been there very helpful and even found the bit deslixados and lazy. But in the final set was satisfied. Yours sincerely

The facilities possessed only tv in rooms, and tv in rooms, had a poor reception and only had links to 3 Thai channels. Tke place is beautifull but veru dirty

Room was old and the air conditioning noisy. Only two towels, no hand towels. But the grounds are very nice, lots of family bungalows are there. The restaurant was very good with good ataff and the pool area looked good.

The hotel was alright, a little paint would do a lot to the rooms, the pool didn t look really well looked after, breakfast was alright, definitely nothing outstanding as you can sometimes get here in Thailand, staff was very helpful. We just wanted to get out of the city for a weekend, get some fresh air and spent only one night at the hotel, and so it was really okay for us, but wouldn t want to spend more than one night there.
